Service Description

This unheated class will consist of breathwirk, a slow yoga flow, and a guided meditation specifically designed to help you calm your anxiety. You will leave feeling more grounded in your body, connected to your spirit, and have calmness of your mind. Trauma-informed yoga helps you to become more aware of how you store emotions in your body and work to release them in a gentle, healthy way.
