Yoga is an ancient form of movement and stillness that teaches us to be present in the moment.

We believe life is energy, yoga is life, and that we all need one another.

 We strive to share the joy and peace this practice brings with our members.

 Based in north Nashville, in the tiny town of Goodlettsville, our intention at Stardust Yoga is to help our students listen to their inner selves, take time to breathe, be still, find the courage to step out of their comfort zone, believe, dig deeper, heal...

Offering group classes in Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, Meditation, Yin, Nidra, Spiritual Dancing, One-on-One Sessions, Special Workshops, Reiki, Ionic + Aromatherapy Foot Baths, and Therapy.
