Restorative/ Nidra + Reiki

An easy restorative flow followed by a sweet Nidra and calming mental body scan. Relax your body and your mind as you move your focus and energy through your body during this relaxing and restorative practice. Restorative yoga uses various props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the physical body to achieve deep relaxation and renewal. Using Yoga Nidra (A progressive muscle relaxation script) you will float away, connect with your inner awareness, and outer form. Reiki performed by Rachel on the group throughout class. You'll feel one with the stars after this practice.
