An easy restorative flow using props. Rachel will lead you through a chakra meditation and calming mental body scan. Relax your body and your mind as you move your focus and energy through your body during this relaxing and restorative practice. Restorative yoga uses various props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the physical body to achieve deep relaxation and renewal. Reiki performed on the group throughout class. You'll feel one with the stars after this practice.
